By downloading, installing, and using the App, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. All information processed by Artyx is handled locally on your device. Information only remains on your local device, and when you take the initiative to delete the information, the information will be deleted, so the App does not collect any facial data. We do not collect any facial information, and we will never extract, store, or use any facial data from the photos you upload or the posters you generate. All data processing is completed on your device, ensuring that your information is completely under your control and that your privacy is not compromised in any way.
By using Artyx, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. You further agree that the Developer may update or modify this Agreement from time to time, and the updated Agreement will be posted within the App. Your continued use of the App after the update of the Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you should stop using the App immediately. We do not collect any facial information, and any updates to the Agreement will not change this core commitment. The Developer will always adhere to the principle of not collecting facial information, and this commitment will remain effective regardless of any changes to the other terms of the Agreement.
Artyx provides users with services related to converting photos into artistic posters. Specifically, users can upload photos through the App, select from six artistic styles, and generate high-quality art posters with one tap. The App supports quick saving, sharing, and exporting of high-definition works, providing a simple, smooth, and non-intrusive user experience. The App does not require an account to log in, and users can enjoy all services without registering or providing any personal information. We do not collect any facial information; even when you upload photos containing human faces, the App only processes the images locally on your device to generate posters, and never collects any facial data or other personal information.

When using the App, you agree to abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and public morality, and shall not use the App for any illegal or improper purposes. You shall be responsible for the photos you upload and the posters you generate, ensuring that you have the legal right to use the photos (including but not limited to owning the copyright or obtaining the permission of the copyright owner). You shall not upload photos that involve illegal content, infringement, obscenity, violence, or other inappropriate content. We do not collect any facial information, but you shall still ensure that the photos you upload do not violate the privacy rights of others, including but not limited to ensuring that you have obtained the consent of the person in the photo (if any) before uploading.
You shall properly protect your device and the data stored on it, and shall be responsible for any losses caused by your improper use of the device, loss of the device, or unauthorized access to the device by others. Since all data of the App is stored locally on your device, you shall take reasonable measures to back up your data if necessary. The Developer is not responsible for any data loss caused by your own negligence or improper operation. We do not collect any facial information, so the Developer does not have any copies of your data and cannot assist in recovering lost data. You shall bear full responsibility for the management and protection of your own data.
The intellectual property rights of the App, including but not limited to the software code, interface design, logo, text, images, and artistic styles provided by the App, belong to the Developer. You shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or use the intellectual property rights of the App in any other way without the explicit written permission of the Developer. We do not collect any facial information, and the intellectual property rights of the App do not involve any collection or use of facial data. The Developer’s intellectual property rights are protected by applicable laws, and any infringement will be held legally responsible.
The posters you generate using the App are your original works, and you own the copyright of such posters (provided that the photos you upload do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others). You can freely save, share, and export your generated posters for personal use. We do not collect any facial information, and the Developer will never claim any rights to the posters you generate, nor will it collect or use any content of the posters, including any facial features that may be present.
This Agreement shall take effect from the date you download, install, and use the App, and shall remain in effect until you stop using the App or the Agreement is terminated in accordance with the provisions herein. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App and deleting all related data. We do not collect any facial information, so when you terminate the Agreement and uninstall the App, all your data (including photos and generated posters) will remain on your device, and you can choose to delete them or keep them as needed.
The Developer may terminate this Agreement and suspend or terminate your right to use the App if you violate any terms of this Agreement, engage in illegal or improper use of the App. The Developer will notify you of such termination through reasonable means. After the termination of the Agreement, you shall stop using the App immediately, and the Developer will not be liable for any losses caused by the termination, except for losses caused by the Developer’s intentional or gross negligence. We do not collect any facial information, and the termination of the Agreement will not involve the processing or transfer of any facial data, as the Developer never collected any such data.
