This Subscription Agreement explains the terms of the paid subscription service offered by Artyx, including subscription benefits, subscription methods, management and cancellation rules, and our commitments to you.
By subscribing to the Subscription Service, you agree to comply with all terms hereof. Artyx does not require you to create an account or log in with any credentials to use the Subscription Service—you can subscribe and use the paid features without providing any personal information. All data related to your subscription and usage is stored exclusively on your local device.
We do not collect any facial information under any circumstances, including when you subscribe to and use the Subscription Service. We never access, capture, store, or process any facial data, including facial features, facial recognition data, or any images containing facial content. Artyx’s Subscription Service focuses on enhancing your photo-to-art-poster creation experience, and facial information is irrelevant to its core functions. Your facial privacy is fully protected at all stages of use.
The Subscription Service is available in monthly, quarterly, or annual durations. Specific pricing and duration options will be displayed in the App when you subscribe. Pricing is subject to change, but changes will not affect your current active subscription.
We do not collect any facial information as part of the Subscription Service. All enhanced features focus solely on improving the quality and variety of artistic posters, and do not involve any collection, storage, or processing of facial data. Facial information is completely ignored and never stored or processed.
To subscribe, navigate to the subscription page in the Artyx App and select your preferred duration. Once payment is successful, your subscription will be activated immediately, and you will have access to all premium features. The subscription period starts on the activation date and will automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can check your subscription status and manage automatic renewal settings at any time through the "Subscription" section in the App. The renewal price will be the same as your current subscription, unless there is a price change, in which case we will notify you in advance.
You can cancel your Subscription Service at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. You will continue to access premium features until the period ends.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
We do not collect any facial information when you cancel your subscription. The cancellation process only updates your subscription status in the App, with no facial data collected, stored, or processed. Since we never collect facial information, there is no facial data to manage or delete during cancellation.
The Subscription Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your subscription access with others or use premium features for commercial purposes without prior consent. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify premium features, and will notify you of significant changes.
We may occasionally update the Subscription Service or this Agreement, and significant updates will be displayed in the App. Using the service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.Any updates will not include features that collect, store, or process facial information. Our commitment to not collecting facial data remains unchanged, and we will never add functionality involving facial information collection.
